About Your Instructor
My name is Mark Cichonski
I have had a 28-year career in project/program management, continuous improvement, data science and change leadership. My specialty includes tackling large and complex business problems and solving them. My passion in bringing people together to build high-performance teams, bringing out their best and pushing them to win has had a significant impact on many organizations. I see patterns where others see chaos. I am a former infantry officer who served in the 82nd Airborne.
